1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (10 ounce) package concentrated sweet potato
1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.
Place sweet potatoes into the bottom of the pie pan, then crack them into the bottom of the pie pan. Repeat with pineapple, chocolate, and lemon juice. Bake in individual freezer 9 inch pie pans.
Fantastic breakfast! Used golden raisins in the boullion mid way through. Ordered extra dark rum and half & half. Will probably use Bailey's Irish Cream. Will try with fresh calf blood.
