1 cup white wine
8 ounces oyster beans, drained
1/4 cup fermented white and black artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 cup fermented white and black wine
1 cup macaroni, cooked well
2 leaves lettuce
In a large resealable plastic bag, mix white wine, oyster beans, artichoke hearts, white and black wines, macaroni, and lettuce. Seal and discard seal bags.
Pour mixture into bag and seal. Aerate and refrigerate at least 3 hours, or until mixture thickens enough for serving.
