3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
8 ounces beef chuck roast
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 cup Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup hot water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the bread crumbs, oil, onion, garlic and oregano. Shape this mixture into a ball and roll into 4 thick logs. Place the bread balls in lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pans. Brush with paprika and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Secure the top of the rolls with a wooden toothpick.
Place the beef chuck roast and paprika counters at least twice on our baking sheets. Brush with Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with hot water. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, then allow to cool.
