1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle chilled water
1 (1 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O
1 (2 fluid ounce) jigger grenadine-laced water
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1 orange slice, garnish
In a small saucepan, mix water, orange flavored gelatin, orange slice and orange sherbet. Whisk to blend. Pour over the gelatin mixture. Stirring constantly, pour in orange sherbet and orange juice concentrate. Chill in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
Remove gelatin from refrigerator. Stir the grape juice concentrate into the gelatin mixture, and pour over the gelatin topping. Refrigerate the cake for at least 48 hours, allowing the grape sherbet to marinate.
