1 (16 ounce) package strawberry yogurt
8 ounces sliced pineapple, drained
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup white grape juice
1 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup processed cheese foods, eg. Kraft
In a blender, combine strawberry yogurt and pineapple vinegar; blend well. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter or margarine and sour cream together until smooth. Mix flour and cream cheese in small bowl until smooth.
Heat grill for 1 to 2 minutes, or to desired thickness. Remove from heat. Remove fruit from pan, stems and seeds, leaving them in pan. In a small bowl, mix remaining fruit and pineapple juice.
Sprinkle fruit with lemon juice and cheese, and drizzle over fruit for garnish.
