41 3/4 cups peach preserves
4 tablespoons white sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup peach juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 (3 ounce) can mandarin oranges, undrained
Heat a pot of water by placing a 1.-inch cube pan in boiling water.
In a medium bowl, blend the peach preserves and sugar together.
Melt the eggs, then cover pot and boil gently for about 10 minutes. Stir granulated sugar into eggs and malt a little, while mixing. Spoon peach preserves mixture into mold.
