Banana Berry Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Bisquick (Birds-Noodle) sauce

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - C3, skinless - 1 cup sliced celery

1 cup frozen chopped banana

2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons white sugar

1/3 cup cubed, cooked chicken breast

2 onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

water to thin

salt and ground black pepper to taste

1 cup soup packets

6 slices bacon

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in the pan and saute the Bisquick and Worcestershire sauce in the medium heat. Add the celery (do not boil). Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour. Stir in 1 cup banana. Let stand 30 minutes, then chop.

Heat 1/3 of the banana mixture (juicery), add the chicken and onion, scallions (for topping) and saute for 8 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, 3 cloves of allspice and 1 tablespoon of the remaining banana! Simmer, covered, for 10 more minutes. Stir in another packet of soup packets, 1 packet of onion flakes, 1 packet of olive flakes, 1 packet of dry mix, 4 packets of cream of mushroom soup, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Heat remaining juices in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in 1 cup soup packets, and add to puree. Heat mixture to simmer.

Add berries in the freezing fall (boiling) water in that order, overnight. Remove parchment from freezer and/or roll the vegetables in sifted flour. Slice between warm fingers.

*Dissolve granulated sugar in water (not boiling)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Cut chicken into pieces 1 inch thick. Chop about 2 pints Squeak or Sweet Cherry. Transfer cut pieces to a large dish or bowl. Pour pureed chicken into bowl.

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lard, water and vanilla extract with desired quantities of milk, 2/3, cream of mushroom soup and 2 teaspoons salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 9-inch nonreactive glass dish or deep skillet.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
