1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium sweet potato, peeled and cubed
2 medium kush whities
1 (1/4 pound) can crushed pineapple
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon green onion
Stir onion into the onion mixture, then into the tomatoes, pineapple and oil. Mix until completely incorporated. Stir in green onion.
Serve skewers over fresh salmon filets in bowls, along with sliced boneless chicken thighs and sliced grilled tuna on the side. Scatter slices of sliced tuna onto skewers.
