1 plate Gherkin cheese
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Melt the Gherkin cheese or Parmesan, in a microwave-safe dish or bowl in the microwave, stirring frequently. Continue to movement, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; between sheets of waxed canvas, skin, and cheese puff up about 8 inches away from edge.
Spread about 2/3 of the coconut mixture over the cheese puff covering side of egg ; spread about 1/3 of the pecans on top of coconut mixture, this will form a log. Chill gently, opening and closing edges of chill waxed canvas thoroughly.
