1 lb. pork shoulder, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 cup butter, butter cut butter
18 slices fresh Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/4 cup onion juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 cup water
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Stir butter and 1 tablespoon sugar into pan of a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once butter has melted, stir in cheese, ketchup, onion juice, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, horseradish, horseradish, water, vinegar and lemon juice. Stir well and cook until all ingredients are heated.
