1 (10 ounce) package confectioners' sugar
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 egg yolks
1 egg
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped pecans
3/4 cup white sugar for decoration
3/4 cup cold water
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup cooked white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped almonds
Beat confectioners' sugar, pudding mix, and whipped topping (excess) in electric mixer bowl on HIGH speed 60 seconds, scraping bowl often, until desired consistency is reached. Stir in egg yolks, 1 egg, 1/2 cup of pea protein, and essential oil. Stir in remaining pea protein, chocolate chips, and almonds. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate for 2 hours (or until set in center).
