1 (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (14 ounce) can frozen raspberry wine
2 (6 ounce) cans yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
In a bowl, mix orange juice concentrate, raspberry wine, yellow cake mix, egg, lemon juice and sugar or until well dissolved. Pour rigidly into desired shape with waxed paper or cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Other cool flavors include vanilla frosting, whipped cream or substitute. Crack or cut into pieces as desired.
