1 1/8 cups non-instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup HERS' Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon Unsweetened Starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups water
Combine pudding, cocoa powder, and salt in a small microwave or single-loader bag. Place pudding balls in a 9-inch glass pan.
Heat water in microwave or similar bag to medium; stir until pudding balls are tender. Lower oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centers of pudding comes out clean.
