4 potatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup potatoes and celery salt
3 tablespoons margarine, divided
4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
For the potato layer: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook potatoes for about 8 minutes or until tender, then remove from the water.
Put 1 cup carrots and potatoes in a shallow baking dish or bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the meat, salt, paprika and thyme. Spoon mixture over potatoes and vegetables, then sprinkle with extra potato mixture if desired.
Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes.
