Sour Cream Veg Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 (1 ounce) square peeled ginger root

1 (12 ounce) package light cream cheese, cut into cubes

1 cup vegetable oil

1 large onion, diced

1/2 cup wet currants (spins optional)

5 ounces steeped red butter cherries, coarsely chopped

1 pint sour cream

Directions
