1 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 pint Fanta® fruit slices, rosettes or candied
1 3/4 cups chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
1/2 cup candied lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix butter, cocoa, vanilla and eggs. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into pie filling.
Beat cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and lemon zest in electric mixer bowl until fluffy. Pour over pie filling. Top with fruit slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes, until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with candied peel and lemon slices. Cool completely or refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
