Croissant Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup chopped onion

5 tablespoons chopped celery

4 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Beat in butter, onion and celery. Gradually mix in eggs, one at a time. Spread mixture into an 8x8 inch greased 8x8 inch loaf pan. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over cream cheese layer.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
