1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Combine flour and brown sugar in large bowl. Beat butter and brown sugar until foamy. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pie before removing from pan. Serve warm or cold. 36.5 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round 9 inch round pans. Mix together brown sugar and butter. Combine chocolate chips, vanilla and pecans. Spread evenly into pies.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Serve warm.
