1 chicken breast, cubed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken in a roasting pan or casserole dish. Drizzle soy sauce over chicken. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir just until browned. Remove from skillet and drain excess oil.
In a medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, water, soy sauce, soy sauce, oil and brown sugar together until smooth. Pour mixture into roasting pan and sprinkle with remaining soy sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, turning every 10 minutes, basting chicken with glaze after each brisket.
