6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch strips
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup white wine
1 3/4 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 (15 ounce) can orange juice
1/4 cup cherry juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup acidity
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Place chicken in a large skillet. Season with onion, white wine, oil, orange juice, cherry juice, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until chicken is browned. Remove from skillet; reduce heat to low. Discard peel from chicken. Spoon orange juice over skillet.
