1 pint can tuna, drained, flaked, and flaked again
2 fluid ounces heavy cream
1 (4 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon black sugar
salt and pepper to taste
In a blender, blend tuna, cream, tomatoes, pepper, and sugar. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange tomatoes in the bottom of prepared pan.
Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Bake 50 minutes, until veggies start to soften and crust is golden. Meanwhile, chop tuna up and place in medium size bowl. Place tuna in cold oven to melt a little.
To serve, slice in half along grain planks, lengthwise making sure not to dent. Add milk (any flavor) and lemon juice. Let stand until cool. Serve warm, sprinkled with pepper and black sugar.
