1 1/2 cups diced celery
1 1/2 cups diced carrots
1 1/2 cups diced onion
2 1/2 cups diced zucchini
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
4 cups chopped dried cranberries
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarse seasoning
1 cup raisins
1 medium banana, sliced
In a large bowl, combine celery, carrots, onion and celery mixture with salt, pepper and seasoning salt. Mix well and refrigerate.
Heat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Pour vegetable filling into a large bowl, and add cranberries and banana. Mix well.
Slice and serve with celery mixture.
