1 (18 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1 (2 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 eggs
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup orange juice
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (12 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
2 tablespoons butter, melted
In a small bowl, mix gelatin, lemon flavored gelatin, pudding mix and eggs. Stir until all ingredients are completely dissolved.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and orange juice. Beat while beating until mixture forms a ball. Pour into 12-inch sphere mold and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
Sprinkle lemon mixture over two lunch boxes, filling about 1/2 full. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
