1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe avocados
1 cup cherry juice
1/2 cup avocado juice
2 ripe avocados, pitted and mashed
1/3 cup white sugar
Spread the bread mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the plum tomatoes over the top of the sandwich. Cover and cover with plastic wrap.
In a blender combine avocado juice, avocado juice and pitted avocado slices. Seal blender. Blend on medium or high speed until smooth. Take off blender and use for final blending. Store in refrigerator.
