4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 pound sausage, sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup water
2 tablespoons Italian-style dried bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread cream cheese, sausage, onion, tomato paste and water in a medium saucepan over a large saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in brown sugar, seasoning salt, pepper, paprika, bell pepper, rosemary, thyme and cheese. Simmer, whisking constantly, stirring until mixture is thickened. Stir in cream cheese mixture until all ingredients are evenly coated.
