1 pound stick pepperjack cheese, sliced
2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 cup fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, diced
1 egg white
freshly made mozzarella cheese powder
1 pinch crushed red pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in 3/4 cup olive oil; cook until hot. Add garlic and stir just to loosen. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; add chopped pepperjack and eggs
Whisk together oil, onion and lemon juice until blended. Stir in softened garlic and basil; heat mixture slowly over low heat, whisking occasionally.
Return meat mixture to low heat, stirring frequently. Add diced radish, mozzarella cheese, scrambled eggs, salt and pepper to taste; heat mixture. Warm portion over simmering heat, stirring occasionally. Top with beef and any cheese - microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or until well mixed.
