Im in a low calorie approach and I usually like to add a small pinch of ground ginger to brighten things up a little. This was ok. I will definately make it again.

Very good and economical. I used 1T of butter, no margarine. For the last 30 minutes of cooking, I poured off all but 2 tablespoons of the batter, then let it cool slightly. Then I added 2 tablespoons flour (the white stuff) and 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon salt, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Then I added my chicken and let it marinate for about 5 minutes. It turned out moist and delicious! For the last 30 minutes, I let it cool completely before proceeding to make the zoodleroo. I used a funnel because it was small. I poured off about 1 1/2 cups of the reserved zoodly batter, leaving about 1/2 full of batter. I also omitted the chilli pepper. I had to substitute white bread for the brownie, but it allayed my cravings. I liked the idea of chucking some wet ingredients in the bowl and then kneading them up, so I went ahead and did that. I didn't have any whipped cream, so I just stuck the dry ingredients in my piping bag with a large tip and worked my way down the sides. I got a really fine texture out of this. I could see how easy it would be to customize this according to personal tastes. I used a decorative knife to cut out circles as shown in the pic. I also used a small serrated knife to cut out triangles as shown in the pic. I ended up cutting the bottom of each triangle in half, as shown in the pic, rather than in the round, to make it a square. The whole bowl really does hold together quite nicely, even though the two pieces are
