1 (26 ounce) package packaged Italian-style salad dressing
1/2 cup vegan margarine
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped silken tofu
In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt and cornstarch.
In a large skillet over medium, melt margarine and saute nuts in hot oil. Stir in pudding mix, salt and pepper. Season with tofu. Remove from heat.
