3 eggs
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
lime, too
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a fast-cooking or heavy-duty saucepan, combine egg, beef, olive oil, parsley and garlic; stir-cook over medium heat until the mixture doubles in volume and forms a ball, about 5 minutes. Add some salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, and add lime juice, cinnamon and lime juice to taste. Spread mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring repeatedly, until crust starts to brown.
