Blueberry Mahate Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup honchos (blueberry)

1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries

2/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup water

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Combine creamed mixture with 2 tablespoons water in small bowl; set aside

In a medium saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, milk, water, and vanilla extract. Heat mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Stir in flour mixture until just combined; slightly add the butter or margarine if mixture is too dry. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in flour mixture. Gradually stir in milk and vanilla.

Drop half-style cocktail cocktail into prepared pastry shell. Spread to desired height, seal edges, and cut slits in hearts for hearts. Smooth edges of pastry with butter or margarine. Arrange hearts on a layer to minimize over-stuffing.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges are golden and filling is bubbly.
