1 quart water
2 tablespoons white sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tube beef tenderloin
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a medium saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla extract. Simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cream of tartar. Mix well.
Stir in beef, oil and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Cover and chill in refrigerator, stirring occasionally. Serve over fruit.
