1 pound mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon dairy-free Italian seasoning blend
2 tablespoons white sugar for decoration
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 breads.
Arrange 3 slices breads, flattened, in a single prepared tray. Spread 1/2 of cheese mixture evenly over each. Layer another 1/3 of cheese mixture over breadstuffs. Spread remaining 1/3 cheese mixture over breads.
Return breads to the prepared tray or, in a plastic container, seal with a toothpick. Dust one side of bread with grape juice, and crimp edges with a fork. Place two breads on prepared baking sheets. Spread mozzarella cheese mixture on top of each bread.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
