Haute Bread Meets the Gourmet Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (2 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons hot sauce

1 cup prepared horseradish

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8x8 inch loaf pans or large 9x13 inch loaf pans.

Beat cream cheese, lima beans and hot sauce in small bowl until smooth. Spread mixture over bottom and sides of prepared loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Cool loaf in pan and cool completely. Use for numerous breads and sandwiches.

This is a great sandwich, make sure your bread flour is very cold. Some people have luck by putting a little buttermilk in the bottom of a fry pan before placing the bread in the fridge. It gets hard for the bread to seize up and it will let go more easily.
