1 cup uncooked white rice
2 tablespoons beef bouillon
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Place rice in a large resealable plastic bag; pour water into bag and seal. Season with salt and pepper.
Place bouillon cube on bottom of a microwave-safe bowl. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and salmon and stir-fry until meat juices run clear; add rice. Bring to a boil, then add onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Microwave uncovered in 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and microwave 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice and 1/2 cup water.
