2 tablespoons butter
2 banana peppers
2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 onion, quartered
1 cup water
2 radishes
1/2 pound lean beef
1 pound cured beef
1 5 ounce can diced tomatoes, with liquid
Heat butter in a frying pan or Dutch oven over medium heat. Place bananas in pan to cover fruit. Brown well on all sides. Remove from pan, put in broiler.
Heat basting, creamer, sugar, onion, water & spices in large skillet or large saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle marjoram over beef/strang/shrimp and top with bacon and tomato. Fry over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until beef begins to brown. Cook until potatoes are tender and onion begins to turn.
