1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 (2 ounce) can crushed tomatoes with green chile peppers or drained
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, onion, celery, red pepper and oil. Sprinkle mixture over salad and toss to coat. Cover salad and refrigerate to chill.
In a medium bowl, mix pasta, tomatoes, Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, celery, bell pepper, oil, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Serve over salad and toss to coat.
