1 1/2 pounds bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
1 (4.5 ounce) can tomato sauce
4 cups water
1 (12 fluid ounce) can refrigerated foil
4 1/2 cups sliced cooked potatoes
In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook bacon until evenly brown; add onion, then tomato sauce. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally until potatoes begin to soften.
