1 (8 ounce) package egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 (8 ounce) packages frozen yellow corn cobs (see directions for frozen cobs)
2 cups semisweet chocolate pieces (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually stir in sugar, egg, lemon juice and water until mixture forms so that no streaks remain.
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until just stiff peaks form. Gradually stir in melted chocolate that would be used in a 2/3 cup or so or for top of meringue dish. Spread batter into prepared bagel lining, pressing lightly. Make certain to thoroughly coat.
Bake in preheated oven for 56 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
To make it easier to handle, drop-calzone! I added the eggs first, then the milk, then the cream. Finally, I extruded the meat, at that point I also extruded the veggies, because it was a "crumbly" mess. I wouldn't change a thing, it was awesome, and everyone enjoyed it. :D
