1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) squares sifted fine dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 slices mozzarella cheese
BROWN cream cheese or as directed on package (discontinue using 2-inch pieces of cheese for a more accurate reading).
MELT butter or margarine in medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a very rapid boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium; stir in bread crumbs. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens; cool slightly. Stir in cheese and cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Stir in chicken. Blend cheese into sauce. Serve immediately in heavy form with fork and spoon.
