2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cinnamon apples or oat buns
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a 10 inch round baking dish.
Combine oats, brown sugar, sugar, corn syrup and milk in a small bowl. Mix gently into crepe batter. Place cinnamon apples into crepe batter. Spoon cinnamon apples into crepe batter. Place cinnamon apple slices over apples.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Turn oven off and you can extend oven temp by 25 minutes.
