Bananas Pudding II Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup milk

2 cups white sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

6 slices fresh banana

1 cup milk

6 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

1 tablespoon hot water

1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Place a spoon in the center of each pan. Pour milk over banana slices, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, or until bananas are tender and glass of milk is bubbly.

The cream cheese and 1/3 cup butter mixture is spreadable and will form a crust. Cool it quickly, and pour into avocado halves. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

To make the remaining mixture, beat cream cheese and 1/3 cup butter mixture until smooth. In a microwave or in a large bowl, beat whipping cream until thickened. Beat in lemon zest, hot water, walnuts and cinnamon.

Arrange bananas in 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour fruit filling mixture over bananas and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cover and chill in refrigerator.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until topping is golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
