1 pound boneless pork chops
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons dried sage
1/3 pound saltine cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons dry lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
1 red onion, quartered
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken, cracker crumbs, parsley, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme, thyme, rosemary, basil, dill weed and sage in pan. Cook until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Transfer chicken to a large plate, and stir in cornflakes cereal or corn bread. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
