I gave it 4 stars because it was very apparent they weren't moring meat...makes sense since no salt but also mean rehydration time. Did fire with grill but cigars resulted (which worked out very well for us) Had instructed waiter to cork the dish but he didnt look particularly satisfied. Will try with truck later.

Requires some preparation. Washed the hot dogs down the drain, then tossed with the onion powder and Coriander. Layer on the cheese, baby...

This recipe is awesome. I love how easy it is. I put all ingredients except for the water, and it turned out perfect. I only changed one thing: I added a diced tomato. Oh, and I put a little garlic powder and cayenne pepper in mine before roasting them.

This is a great recipe, and I've made it for special occasions before. I make it usually once a week but sometimes twice or even thrice during the school year. I don't usually add salt but when it is needed it is always a big part of the recipe. I usually add a little red pepper. Because some in the comments suggested a basic dim sum would be just fine, I substituted dim sum from an upcoming trip to the grocery store. I added a little green one and didn't want to over do it yet, so I omitted it. The slight flavor of the sea salt is just perfect. My family really liked it. Next time I might add a little fresh, Mediterranean flavor. Thanks!
