Chocolate Chip Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package vanilla wafers

1 (4 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 cup margarine, softened

1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon milk

1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup

1 cup milk

1 egg

1/2 cup corn syrup

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Place bottom of pan in oven for at least 1 hour, or until set. Turn pie over pan, and place face down on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cooked through and set.

In a large bowl, mix pudding mix, brown sugar, oil, and pudding mix. Beat with mixer until creamy. Pour over pie while still warm. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Store pie refrigerated.

While pie is in refrigerator, chop remaining pudding mix and brown sugar into brown sugar mixture. Set aside. In a small bowl, set brown sugar mixture over pudding for garnish. Serve with whipped cream or whipped cream cheese or cream of chocolate syrup.
