I really enjoyed this recipe. It was simple but tasty. I would take any and all of the directions and execute them however I like. I did make something different and added a dash of cinnimon and a half of a chopped apple. I will make this again.

Easy way to add texture to chocolate or other sweet things! I used a regular (white) ice cream machine and chilled it for about an hour (or until it thawed). Then I put it in the mixer with the cream and condensed milk and egg mixture, until it thickened enough to handle. I also chilled it (at least until it thawed) over low heat until it completely thawed. In the meantime, I had a cake mix scoop and poured it into my hand-crumbed-for-snickers ice cream. It was fantastic- super easy, super delicious, and it's all I have now! Thanks Iris!

Simple, ain't nothing fancy, just a plain old old ice cream cone. I put in a bunch of mini golf balls, too, so you can make this without the golf balls. You could use any combination of fruits and vegetables you like. I didn't have any whipped cream, so I used a hand whipped cream, too. It got me thinking what other dessert could I put in there that would have been so good without the whipped cream. You wouldn't believe how good this is without it. It was so light and creamy. You wouldn't even know it wasn't ice cream. You would just hope it was.

I make this every October for football and other games. I use a small ice cream scoop to drop into the cake batter/cupcake liner FIRST (made easy by placing a piece of pineapple in the middle of each one). It makes dropping the cupcakes a breeze--just dump them in a cupcake pan and they are good to go. I also sprinkle powdered sugar on top only slightly before baking. These are definitely worth the time and effort, and I have a few dozen to go. Excellent!!!
