2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 (6 ounce) fillets smoked salmon
1 (6 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic powder, basil, salmon and pie filling. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
