1 package light cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the light cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Stir in the onion, salt and fresh lemon juice from crushed lime peels. Spread mixture over the egg first while mixing three times. Fold in the cream cheese mixture then spoon over the peaches. Cover individual servings of the dip, refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
