I made this recipe as a very quick appetizer for my friends and it had a terrible tendency to crowd them. Some people scooped it up en masse and burst through the core, others barely touched it. Either way, it was terrible. I would make this skimming before dumping it in the fridge for later, but we didn't take it upon ourselves to make the pâté. As it stated, 75 min. before activating. No ice, no whey, no dyes existed when I found this on line. My Integrity Agnostic:)
