Tortellini Vinaigrette Recipe


2 pounds tomato paste

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

3 cups heavy cream


In a saucepan bring tomato paste and mushrooms to a simmer and remove from heat. Allow to cool completely, covered, 2 hours may be desired.

In a small bowl in heavy cream, stir in cream until well blended. Gradually mix in tomato paste, stirring until thickened. Serve over pasta or loosely cut pasta!
