1 (1 pound) whole chicken, cubed
1 (16 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried black peppercorns
1 onion, chopped
4 slices bacon, diced
1 gram ham
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
With hands, crease the inside of the chicken breast and pepper it with salt, paprika, peppercorns and onion. Make another crease in the breast and pepper the outside with salt, paprika, peppercorns and onion.
Spread flavored cream cheese mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken breast. Place bacon slices on both sides of the breasts, making sure to cut side up.
Bake for 8 to 9 minutes in preheated oven; chicken should be cooked through. Serve the chicken with a few slices of ham.
